Child Labour Or Good Training? See what parents of a 3 years old boy made him do (watch video)

Many African parents employed their children in occupations that are above their children’s abilities. According to the Ghana Minors Act of 1998, the minimum age for admitting children to work is fifteen (15). Children under the age of thirteen (13) may, nevertheless, be engaged to conduct light labor. The minimum age for engaging in hazardous employment is eighteen (18).

However, the photographs in this article show a young child, most likely between the ages of 3 and 6 years working hard. This youngster has been assigned a difficult task that an 18-year-old should be doing.

He was operating a corn mill machine; He is very young but he seemed to do the job so perfectly.

After seeing the video, several social media users speculated that the father is grooming the little son to be just like him. As a result, the father’s instruction of the young son is beneficial. Others have commented that what the young child is going through is heartbreaking and that the father should be arrested.

Some Ghanaians believe that this is child labor and should not be supported. What the father is doing to the little child is completely wrong.
