Chief Imam celebrates 103 years after Owusu Bempah Prophecied that he will die in 2020
Sheikh Nuhu Sharubutu, the National Chief Imam, celebrated his birthday on April 23.
April 23 was the birthday of His Emience Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, Ghana’s Chief Imam representing the Muslim faith.
The 103-year-old Islamic Imam was born on April 23, 1919, in what was then the Gold Coast.
Because he is fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, there will be no large celebration today.
Prophet Owusu Bempah predicted that the iconic Chief Imam would die three years ago, but here he is, growing from glory to glory.
At the 31st Watch Night service on December 31, 2019, the popular Prophet, Owusu Bempah, stated that Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu will not survive to see the end of 2020.
This angered well-intentioned Ghanaians, both Christians and Muslims, to the point where Prophet Owusu Bempah had to apologize to the nobleman.
