Cecilia Marfo went above and beyond earlier this year when she grabbed gospel singer Joyce Blessing’s microphone during a performance and asked her to return to her divorced husband because God said so.
Cecilia Marfo’s mike-snatching was nothing short of a physical attack, but Joyce Blessing was courteous about it and has yet to express her feelings about it.
Joyce Blessing told Hitz FM that she was still suffering as a result of her failed marriage at the time, and Cecilia Marfo’s uncalled-for prophecy just made things worse for her.
If Cecilia Marfo’s prophecy was truly from God, she should have waited and given the message in secret, in her opinion.
She claims that older people frequently phone her for counsel, which she gives in the privacy of their own homes. As a result, she is perplexed as to why Cecilia Marfo, despite her age, lacks the civility to deliver her message properly.
According to Joyce, she was in the spirit prior to Cecilia’s interruption, but Cecilia Marfo’s antics brought her back into her body, which made her very unhappy. Cecilia Marfo went and brought it all up again, just as she was ready to get over her marital difficulties.
But, as a well-educated woman, she had to use the knowledge that Cecilia Marfo lacked and keep her cool because Cecilia was much older than her.
