Cardi B and Offset, two-time Grammy Award winners, have welcomed their second child.
Cardi B announced the news on Instagram, along with a photo of the newest addition to their family.
Cardi B is seen clutching the baby in her arms in the photo. Her head is placed against Offset’s, and the two are staring down at the newborn.
“We are ecstatic to finally meet our son,” the couple stated in a statement. “He is already adored by family and friends, and we can’t wait to meet his other siblings.”
The rapper originally revealed her pregnancy in June. In addition to confirming her pregnancy via an Instagram post, the rapper made a surprise cameo at the BET Awards.
Cardi B announced the birth of their second child in a photo brief, just confirming the child’s birth date on Saturday. “9/4/21”.
