A husband, who is normally not at home due to his work schedule and travels, came home to surprise his wife, unaware that his unexpected visit would destroy his marriage.
According to a witness, the husband returned home to find his neighbor, who had become a family friend, sleeping with his wife.
The bereft spouse had no choice but to assault the neighbor to relieve his distress.
