Beautiful Disable Date Rush contestant, Asana, finds love; Set to go on a date with DJ Faculty (Video)
Against all odds, Asana, a Date Rush candidate with a handicap, found love in the arms of the show’s Disc Jockey, DJ Faculty, on Sunday.
The stunning competitor from the Upper West area said that she lost her left leg in a horrific accident.
In response to a query from the program’s presenter, Giovani, she said that she agreed to participate in the show because it was “good for someone” in her position.
Dating as a woman with a handicap, according to the beauty entrepreneur, is a difficult procedure. She, on the other hand, thought that trying her luck on national television would net her a boyfriend.
“It has not been easy but it’s okay. I think if I am able to get a date here I’ll go far. Because If someone chooses me on National Television then they might not be joking,” she revealed.
She also recounted in her video submission how her one-and-a-half-year romance ended unexpectedly when she returned to her hometown for some activities.
“I was in a relationship for one and half years and everything was going on well, I returned to my hometown when I came back, he was with another lady,” she said
Julius, a participant, couldn’t help but admire her lovely grin and beauty.
“Giovanni, when she entered I couldn’t help but admire her beauty and perfect smile,” he pointed out.
The submission was likewise approved by the other candidates unanimously.
Unfortunately, Asana was unable to depart the stage with a date for the evening due to a variety of factors. In an unexpected turn of events, DJ Faculty agreed to go on a date with her, breaking the hearts of all his female admirers in the process.
On the third episode of Date Rush season 9, despite not securing a participant, Asana departed with DJ Faculty and 100 Ghana cedis in Airtel Tigo Money.
Several viewers have praised the show’s creators for their inclusion and for offering a platform for persons with impairments to find love as well.
