Be careful with people you call friends – Bishop Obinim advises
This evening, in a live stream from the United Kingdom, Bishop Obinim, the founder and head of the International God’s Way Church, has instructed his followers to first identify to whom they tell the truth.
He believes that not everyone deserves to be given the truth since some may harm you in return.
Bishop Obinim stated that he was speaking from personal experience.
Some of the individuals he approached and spoke about actual information he had about them wounded him in return.
Bishop Obinim also known as Angel Obinim gave the example of telling people to quit going to parties or doing drugs, but they didn’t listen, which pains him a lot.
He also counseled his followers to live within their means and to always do what they enjoyed.
“Life isn’t a race,” he explained. He advised them not to compare themselves to others in everything they did and to always work hard.
Not only that, but he also told his fellow pastors not to make comparisons.
“Don’t purchase a car because your colleague just got one, and don’t tell yourself that because this preacher has 5,000 followers, you must have one as well”.
