A video circulating on social media shows moments when the Ashanti Kingdom’s ruler, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, was sighted driving Ghana’s former president, His Excellency John Agyekum Kuffour.
The two prominent and well-respected figures were seated in a Mini Car that looks like a golf cart as the Otumfuo cruised through the streets of Manhyis in the video that has gotten a lot of attention.
Though the specific cause for their meeting is unknown, both of them, as well as those observed surrounding them, were dressed in black and brown, indicating that it could be a funeral.
As some troops and members of the royal family walked by, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II was seen driving the cart deftly.
