Anita Akuffo, a Ghanaian media personality and co-host of TV3’s Date Rush show, has revealed that she was insecure about a certain part of her body for years.
In a recent Twitter post, the bubbly TV host revealed how her large eyes earned her several nicknames in school.
She described how some of her classmates referred to her eyes as “sexy don don / aportro” due to their size.
This made her feel insecure and made it difficult for her to maintain eye contact with others during conversations.
But she has grown to love her beautiful eyes, especially the way they literally pierce your soul when you stare into them for too long.
