Vic Mensa, a rapper, has been arrested.
According to TMZ, the American rapper was caught while transporting mushrooms from Ghana to the United States.
Following his return from Ghana, he was reportedly apprehended on Saturday at Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C.
“Vic was taken away for a secondary search, and it was then that agents discovered what they suspected to be shrooms.”
“The feds are still analyzing the suspected substance to see whether it is what they think it is.”
“Vic was arrested for felony drugs possession since Psilocybin (the chemical name for shrooms) is still classified as a Class substance under federal law,” according to the website.
When Vic Mensa and Chance the Rapper were in Ghana, they paid a visit to Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
