We have chanced on a video of Nurses and Teacher trainees jubilating over their delayed allowance which has just been given.
it appears that the delayed allowances of nursing and teacher training colleges in the country have finally been given by the government.
in the video, as we sighted, these trainees were seen jubilating and shouting and jumping here and there as they are grateful to Nana Addo.
