After she turns a new leaf in 2021, Rosemond Brown, who is also known by her stage name, Akuapem Poloo, has stated that she has no intention of returning to the style of life that she led in the past.
Following her release from prison nearly a year ago, the actress and model stated that she had undergone significant personal growth.
Poloo, who was known for twerking and posting naked pictures online, has said that she is done with that part of her life and will never go back to it.
In a recent interview, she discussed the changes that have taken place in her life since she stopped working.
“For the past five years, anything I do or say become a topic in town but I have deliberately kept a low profile for a year now and it is for a purpose.
“No more tw3rking or revealing body parts. That was in the past, the new me is doing that no more. I have been able to stay out of trouble and it is helping me in so many ways,” Akuapem Poloo told Graphic Showbiz.
She added: “Previously, people contacted me and paid me to promote their products or songs for them and I did so by tw3rking to advertise whatever it was but I have vowed never to do that again.
“The gigs are not coming like before, maybe it was because I was loud back then and the clients were okay with me being that way but I now tell anyone who wants to do business with me that I am not going back to my old life.”
