Ebenezer Akwasi Antwi, well known as Dr. Likee in Ghana, was almost a victim of a mobile money scam.
It occurred on set as his crew was getting ready to film one of their routines.
While Dr. Likee was still on set, he got a phone call from an unknown number stating he had paid money him by accident.
However, the creator of the sketch, who believed it was a hoax, looked into it more.
The fraudster recognized the victim as his famous love during the questioning.
Immediately, he became star-struck, and the phone call transformed into a spirited discussion.
The MoMo fraudster claimed to have obtained Dr. Likee’s phone number from legendary actor Agya Koo, but Dr. Likee warned him he was lying.
