Afia Pokuaa donates desks to children going to school under trees (photo)
An advocate for Ghanaian schools, Vim Lady has made a big step forward in her campaign to assist the deprived students in rural areas.
Her Vim Foundation is targeting schools beneath trees in the Northern region to give desk and chairs to alleviate the difficulties.
Afia Pokuaa visited the Yoriyie basic school in Sawla Tuna Kalba District to give desks to the students.
During her visit, the journalist reiterated that she could help fix Ghana by going to the ground and identifying the issues.
“We just don’t sit in Accra.
We go to where the need is and we help.
That is how we all can help FIX GHANA while chasing our leaders to do the needful.” She stated
