AFCON 2019: Tunisia Beats Ghana 5:4
Ghana Black Stars who are currently in Egypt representing Ghana in the ongoing African Cup of Nations are now heading home (back to Ghana) after they were defeated by Tunisia in a penalty shootout.
The Black Stars with the following starting lineup; Richard Ofori Andy Yiadom Baba Rahman Kassim Nuhu John Boye, Afriyie Acquah, Mubarak Wakaso, Samuel Owusu, Thomas Partey, Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, lost the game to Tunisia.

During the first half, Black Stars Andre Dede Ayew scored the first goal for the Black Stars but was disallowed by the referee. Khenissi scored the first goal for Tunisia after the second half and Bedoui also scored an own goal for the Black Stars which resulted in a draw and led to a penalty shootout.
This is how the penalties went;
Jordan Ayew scores beautifully 2 – 1
Khazri also scores 2 – 2
Caleb Ekuban’s shot is saved by Mustapha 2- 2
Tunisia scores 2 – 3
Lumor Agbenyenu scores 3 – 3
Yacini Mehiah gets it done simply 3 – 4
Partey scores 4 – 4
Sassi scores 4 – 5
Ghana 4 – 5 Tunisia
Black Stars have played very well though but its sad to see them go. Tunisia has now qualified and will proceed to the quarter finals.
