Recently, actress Portia Asare was accused of working with Union Travelling Agency, a subsidiary of Union Group of Companies, to scam people who wanted to travel.
According to reports, Portia Asare made a deal with the travelling agency to advertise and campaign for them. She allegedly told people to pay GHC 10,000 for a 2-year working permit and travel expenses.
However, the agency was not able to secure visas for the clients who paid the money. It was also reported that Portia Asare has been avoiding customers who are asking for answers on social media.
There were rumors that Portia Asare was arrested, but a new video shows her in a boutique picking up clothes and denying the allegations.
