Actor Ramsey Nouah, Wife, Children and Things You Didn’t Know About Him
Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah is one of the finest movie stars to have ever appeared in Africa and he won the hears of African movie lovers due to how he nailed it in every role he played especially when it comes to romantic films.
Unfortunately, Nouah’s days of acting came to a sudden stop after the media took a turn from the use of video cassettes. however, he is still contributing his quota to the development of the Nollywood industry through his newfound job as a director – he established his own production company ‘Ramsey Films’.
He was born on 17th December 1970 in Lagos to an Israeli father and a Yoruba mother who hails from Owo, Ondo State. He grew up in Surulere, Lagos, where he attended his middle school and latter furthered at the University of Lagos to pursue a career in acting.
he kick-started his acting career when he starred in the Nigerian TV soap opera Fortunes and since then has appeared in numerous films starring as the lead role. In 2010 Nouah won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in ‘The Figurine’.
Ramsey Nouah is married to Emelia Philips-Nouah. The couple have two sons and a daughter, named Quincy, Camil Nouah, and Desiree Nouah.
