In the video, Abena Korkor talked about her bipolar disorder and how it affects her behavior. She explained that her disorder causes her to become hypersexual, which means she wants to have sex with many people. Unfortunately, some men take advantage of her in this state.
Abena Korkor also praised media personality Jay Foley for his strength in resisting her advances when she is in her hypersexual state.
This is a positive example of how people can support those with mental health issues.As a middle schooler, it’s important to understand that mental health issues like bipolar disorder can affect people in different ways.
