During an interview with Kingdom FM, veteran Kumawood actress Mama Jane claimed that an upcoming actress who refused her advice ended up in the hands of a mallam in the Volta Region.
The Mallam allegedly took 500 Ghana cedis from the girl and slept with her on top in his Shrine.
“The girl approached me and expressed her desire to become a celebrity. I tried to persuade her to pray, but she refused. She went to see a Mallam in the Volta Region.” Mama Jane elaborated.
“She called me a few days later, crying uncontrollably. She was very upset. She admitted that the mallam she went to in order to become a celebrity took her money and slept with her.
The Mallam, she said, had given her a concoction to drink. The Mallam had finished with her in the shrine before she realized it.
The worst part is that she couldn’t shine bright enough to become the star she desired. The cost was not worth it, “Mama Jane chimed in.”
“God decides who will be a celebrity. Simply pray if you want to be a star “Mama Jane counseled.
