Dhat Gyal, a young musician, has spoken out about how she ended herself in the ghetto.
The 20-year-old artist revealed how a car knocked her mother to death when she was just 15 in an interview on Okay Fm’s Best Entertainment show.
The land lord then came after her and her siblings for rent two weeks after the mother was buried.
She went to help a physically challenged guy sell at his shop when she was 15 years old to support herself and her siblings.
Things didn’t work out, and she wound up in the Dome Cemetery slum, where she became a marijuana addict in 2016.
Dhat Gyal reflected on how the death of her mother affected her life badly after spending four years in the ghetto doing terrible things.
