“I am not a Christian anymore, the Bible is fake”- Man declares as he sets the holy book on fire.
A man has forsaken Christianity and everything associated with ‘foreign’ religion, following which he proceeded to burn the bible to ashes in order to emphasize his strong stance.
Mathias Ezeaku, the founder of the Igbo loves themselves Charity foundation and a liberation warrior, has been identified as the man.
He chose this attitude after challenging the pastor of Fishers Kingdom Ministry Worldwide, Apostle Chinyere, to a healing challenge to demonstrate that Jesus genuinely exists and can perform miracles.
It all began when Ezeaku took to social media, daring all African pastors to prove to him that Jesus Christ genuinely exists and has the power to cure. Many pastors refused the challenge and turned a deaf ear to him, but Apostle Chinyere accepted it.
According to Igbo TV, he agreed, and the two established an arrangement to hold a three-day therapeutic session. The young man brought four physically sick people for her to heal, and she insisted that they fast.
On the third day, the pastor had still not healed the people, prompting him to conclude that Jesus is a big hoax, along with everything else that surrounds him.
The apostle, on the other hand, claimed to have healed many insane people on various occasions and claimed to have healed some more who came to the program, but she was unable to heal any of the sick people who were brought to her, claiming Ezeaku had asked them to eat when they were supposed to be fasting.
To that end, Ezeaku declared that he would no longer associate with Christianity, and proceeded to burn the Bible to ashes to establish his point.
“They burn my inherited religion in order for me to join them, and today I realized that my inherited religion is original, whereas theirs is a forgery from slave masters who killed 48 million people in our country in the name of slavery and later returned with the Bible for modern slavery, which I have burned to ashes today.”
I’ve returned to my ancestors’ faith, African traditional religion… “I washed my hands today from Jesus, the Bible, and Christianity,” he declared emphatically.
