“The Accident didn’t kill Ebony, she was murdered because there was no blood in her clothes”- Ebony’s father speaks
The sad events of recent years have caused tremendous sadness for music lovers throughout the nation.
Notable was the passing of Ebony Reigns, fondly known as Nana Hemaa by her father. A freak tragedy killed Ghanaian musician Ebony in 2018.
On the way back from Sunyani to Accra, Ebony Reigns was killed in a road accident on the 8th February 2018.
Her assistant, Franklina Yaa Nkansah Kuri, and soldier Atsu Vondee, were also killed. She died eight days shy of her 21st birthday.
Many Ghanaians were shocked by the young girl’s death, who was making waves with her popular songs.
Others believed it was an accident and blamed the road contractor for placing the sand mound beside the road, while others suspected foul play.
Ebony’s father thinks her daughter was murdered in cold blood.
On Kingdom FM Plus today, with presenter Fiifi Pratt, the father said, “Yes, my daughter was killed and I mean it. She was in the backseat and there was no blood on her clothing.
I’ll tell you something about my kid. She always buckles up her seat belt first when she gets into a vehicle. She was older than her age and knew show business. “
