Oyerapa Television, a media group, has given an apartment to an 89-year-old poor widow in the Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam District through its ‘Help Me Change’ program.
The assistance was provided as part of the Help Me Change program’s mission to help the defenseless and destitute in neglected and impoverished areas across the nation.
‘Help Me Change’ is a weekend show presented by Oyerapa TV to attend to and assist citizens to find solutions to their problems so they to progress and develop.
Mrs. Akua Kyamaa, host of ‘Help Me Change,’ stated that the team evaluated the widow’s living circumstances and swiftly collected funds to build a home for her.
She stated that helping the needy was part of their societal duties and conveyed appreciation to all contributors for their cooperation in supporting the widow.
