A 23-year-old guy has been arrested in the Northern Region for stealing goats and sellotaping their mouths.
Haruna Zakaria, the suspect, was driving an Opel Astra with the plate number BA 1538-12 while transporting some of the goats.
The Savelugu Municipal Police Commander, DSP Twumasi Ankrah, confirmed the event and stated the animals are currently with the police. He said that 18 of the animals were alive, while others suffocated to death.
