The Nollywood industry has been rocked by the news that veteran actress Ada Ameh has died.
The actress died on Sunday, July 18, hours after she had gone out to eat with some friends.

Her most recent Instagram post was at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, when she showed off the meal she was having with her hosts.
According to reports, she collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, where she died shortly after.
Emeka Rollas, President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, confirmed Ameh’s death on Sunday at a Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation hospital in Delta State.
The actress recently opened up about her mental health struggles following the death of her only child.
On October 20, 2020, she lost her only child, a lovely daughter she had at the age of 14.
She began to suffer from illness, and her condition worsened after the death of another sister in March 2022.
