On the night of her wedding, an 18-year-old newlywed bride died.
Earlier in the day, the bride and her husband enjoyed a quiet and intimate wedding at the groom’s property in Ibirite, Brazil.
The anonymous bride is believed to have died on the honeymoon as they were set to consummate the marriage later that night.
The bride complained of being sick and eventually passed out. Her 29-year-old husband raced out in the middle of the night to hail a taxi to take his wife to the hospital, but he received no assistance.
Finally, the husband had to call for paramedics to come to his wife’s help, and they arrived an hour later.
According to reports, rescuers discovered the woman had a heart attack and was having difficulty breathing.
She died in the hospital afterwards. According to the autopsy report, she died of heart failure and pneumonia.
There were no bruises, aggression, or attack on her body, according to the report.
